Privacy and Cookies Policies

This Privacy policy (hereinafter – the “Privacy Policy”) provides the rules, requirements and conditions on collecting, storing, using and disclosing Personal Information submitted through domain www.sensus.aero or any of its sub-domains (hereinafter – the “Site”). This Privacy Policy is an integral and inseparable part of Site Usage Policy of Site. Privacy Policy forms a part of the contract concluded between the User and the Owner. Please note that the definitions used herein have the meaning described in the Site Usage Policy of the Site, unless provided otherwise.This Privacy Policy is effective as of [2019-08-27].

GENERAL
- Owner is responsible for, and is the Data Controller of your personal information that it receives through the Site.
- All Personal Information are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
- This Privacy Policy applies to all Users which use the Site or Site Services.
- By browsing the Site or using Site Services, you agree with Site Usage Policy of the Site, including the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the processing of your Personal Information according to this Privacy Policy.
- Whenever User submits its Personal Information through the Site, Owner shall not exclusively ask for the permission to collect, store, use and disclose Personal Information in accordance to this Privacy Policy.
- Failure to provide Owner with the Personal Information required will negatively affect Owner’s ability to communicate with you, and ability to provide you with Site Services as well as to conclude contractual relationship between you and the Owner.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
- Each time when you are visiting the Site, the servers of Owner temporarily store information about the accessing agent in a log file. Also, the IP address may be analyzed and used in case of breach of Site Usage Policy of the Site, attacks against the Site infrastructure and for statistical purposes and in other cases, if prescribed in this Privacy Policy.
- When you voluntarily submit inquiry, submit contact form, submit RFQs or use any other services provided on the Site, Owner may collect and store the following Personal Information (if the User submits such data):
  - Your first name and last name, company name, email address, phone/fax number, physical contact information and other personal information that identifies you;
  - For issuance and acceptance of invoices, financial information, such as credit card or bank account numbers and other financial information you provide. By using Site, you acknowledge and agree that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure;
  - additional information from you or about you in other ways not specifically described here (for example, information related to your contacts with Owner, storing results when respond to a survey, etc.);
  - any other information you provide or you are required to provide on the Site, including but not limited to the ability to receive promotional offers from Owner.
- Unless other provisions of this Privacy Policy provide for different method of your acceptance with use, collection and storage of Personal Information, you shall note additionally, that when you intentionally provide Owner with any Personal Information through the Site and/or Site Services available on the Site (e.g. by submitting Item information or RFQs, filling on-line forms, etc.) you automatically consent to the use, collection and storage of Personal Information as indicated in this Privacy Policy.
- Owner reserves the right at any time in the future to include other optional requests for information from the Users to tailor the Site and deliver personalized information to the Users.
MARKETING AND ONLINE SURVEYS
- Owner does not make Personal Information available to third parties for their use and also does not sell the data to third parties for their marketing purposes without Users’ explicit consent.
- Upon your explicit consent, your email address may be used to receive marketing communications about the Site, available Site Services, current promotions, newsletters, advertising and other.
- Whenever User receives a marketing e-mail (i.e. any marketing communication about the Site, available Site Services, current promotions, newsletters and other) from Owner, User will generally be provided with an automated way to opt out (unsubscribe) from that particular communication or from all marketing e-mails sent by Owner. In this regard, Users should follow the instructions on the email which they receive to opt out. - Owner may conduct you surveys to collect information about your preferences. These surveys are optional and if you choose to respond, your responses shall be kept anonymous, unless in particular case it is stated otherwise.
USAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
- The main purpose for collecting Personal Information is to provide Users with safe, smooth, efficient and customized services on the Site as well as Owner may use your Personal Information to:

- The Owner is committed to protecting our Users’ Personal Information. - Owner does not control privacy policies of third parties and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where they are applicable.
- Owner is not responsible for privacy policies or the content of any other websites to which any of the Site’s links or which link to the Site. TERMS OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

CHILDREN
